• 1 cup plain meal
• 1/2 cup plain flour
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. baking soda
• 2 tsp. baking powder
• 1 cup buttermilk

Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Spray muffin pan with nonstick spray.Mix ingredients and blend well. Pour into pan and bake until lightly, golden brown.
