• 1- 17 oz. can green peas, drained
• 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
• 1/2 cup sweet pickle, chopped
• 1/2 cup pimento, chopped
• 1/4 tsp. celery seeds
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• lettuce leaves
• pimento strips

Combine first 6 ingredients; mix well and chill. Serve on lettuceleaves; garnish salad with pimento strips. Yield: 4-6 servings.
